Finance Manager

【Job Profiles】

Responsible for the direction and management of overall finance and accounting operations, tax functions, cash and treasury, supply chain management, compliance activities and general affairs.

【Job Responsibility】

• Develop and oversee operation finance function effectively.
• Provide timely internal reports as required and deal with all aspects of Statutory requirements of the position.
• Plan, conduct and provide supporting financial analysis for company’s financial status. Provide financial recommendations and decisions to supportthe business. Develop financial models and analysis across company-wide investment opportunities.
• Demonstrate strong leadership to drive finance function to be more strategic business partners.
• Manage business control and compliance. Management supply chain activities and conduct audits at distributors channel where requires.
• Ensure that the corporate governance and control requirements are met. Develop the finance function, manage and lead the team to meet professional requirements, provide coaching to team to drive performance.
• Strong in Business Management, oversee financial decisions, supervise daily operations, and manage cash flow and funding. Good in conducting budget processes, control expenses, and nurture vendor relationships.

【Job Qualification】

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and /or Finance;
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA or equivalent preferred)
• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial and managerial reporting, in which 2 years at managerial level
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards and other regulatory requirements.
• Strong technical knowledge in international accounting standards and taxation regulations, good working knowledge on consolidation accounting, financial control management and planning
• · Independent with strong analytical skills and problems solving abilities; prefer to have hands-on experience on Microsoft related
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
